Your Connection to School

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join Wheaton High School PTSA.  Why?

Joining improves communication between us all, shows our students that we value their education, pools our volunteer power, and helps build a strong Wheaton High School community network. Key dates to remember are included in this flyer.

Wheaton PTSA organizes and helps fund the Post Prom (WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT) and many other events.

Currently, we are forming a commitee to support the Mulch Sale on March 24th 2011, please contact our Mulch Sale Chair Susan Conbere or our President Elisia George if you can help. Please use this order form.

Remember to contact PTSA to donate funds or volunteer your time for one event, one project, or several.  Fund raising events, social events (post-prom, for example), or student newsletter, are just a few examples.   Use the Membership and Volunteer forms on the Quick Links menu or email us. You can pay for your PTSA Membership or make a donation ONLINE.

Wheaton Modernization could be delayed 1 year

On January 17th the county executive released his recommendation for the FY 2013 Capital Budget, which unforturnately recommends that the Wheaton Modernization be delayed 1 year. The Board will vote on this recommendation on Feb 9th at 7:00 pm. There is still time to state why you disagree with the decision to delay the modernization by speaking at the council meeting or sending emails to our District 4 council member Nancy Navarro or the entire county council. Don't miss this opportunity to make your voice heard.

The details of the FY 2013 Capital Improvement Plan for the public schools can be found here.

Super Bowl XLVI February 5th, need pizza and other snacks?
